Ciara Bridges joins D3 as a Research Analyst with 8 years of survey research experience, most recently having worked in U.S. Government Research and Evaluation. She has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative survey implementation and is excited to expand her skill set abroad.

Anastasia Matlin joins D3 as an Assistant Research Analyst from Cambridge Associates, where she was an investment analyst focused on sustainable & impact investing. Prior to that she attended American University, where she studied International Relations and Economics. She brings data analysis and visualization skills from her former role and is excited to be joining the D3 team!
